Extra wide quilt backing which is ideal for when you don't wish to piece or assemble several fabric pieces to cover the back of a large quilt. Equally, as a 100% cotton, mid-weight fabric, it can be used wherever quilting/craft cotton is called for.

Cutting:
Our quilting fabrics are priced/sold in 25cm units. Therefore if you wish to purchase 1m, then add 4 units to your cart. Product will be cut as one continuous piece.
Please note that with wide quilt backing, it is double-folded onto a bolt by the manufacturer and additional creases are unavoidable. This can also mean that when we cut your order, the cut edge may not be as straight as we would ordinarily like. For this reason we aim to cut generously to overcome any issues! When layering your quilt, it's also advisable to have your backing fabric 2-4" bigger all around than the quilt front. Please remember to add this allowance when you are ordering.
Wash & Care Guide:
The manufacturer recommends machine wash cold, delicate, tumble dry low. Do not bleach. We always recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
It's worth noting:
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
