Join our sewing club where you can receive expert tuition and guidance from Victoria whilst progressing on your sewing journey!
THE CREATIVE SEWING CLUB:
Hosted by Victoria, in this group you'll have the perfect place with dedicated time to create your me-made projects.
You can work on a project of your choice, or seek advice on what to make next. If you are a complete beginner to dressmaking, we suggest that you begin with the Stevie Top/Tunic by Tilly and the Buttons It in order that you can learn basic skills in pattern-cutting, fit and assembly with woven fabrics before progressing further. If you would like to continue with craft sewing, you could tackle a bag making project or quilt and we can help you choose before you begin your first class.
Please note, to allow for freedom of choice, no pattern is included in this class.
This group is NOT suitable for complete beginners to sewing as you must already be able to use a sewing machine. However if you have a little machine sewing experience, you are ready to make your first garment and this workshop will be perfect for you! Please note our pattern suggestions above.
This group is not suitable for complete beginners to sewing as you must be able to fill a bobbin, thread a machine and sew with accurate straight seam allowance. However if you have a little machine sewing experience, you are ready to make your first garment and this workshop will be perfect for you! Please note our pattern suggestions above.
This class is suitable for adults only, age 16+. No previous machine sewing experience is required.
