Rediscover the joy of crochet in this relaxed and supportive 3 hour refresher course with Katie perfect for anyone who has some basic skills but feels a little rusty or is ready to learn a little more.
We will revisit the core crochet skills including chains, double crochet, half treble crochet and treble crochet which building confidence with tension and stitch counting. By the end of the session you will complete a small basic project and leave with the skills and confidence to continue crocheting at home.

SUITABILITY:
Anyone with some previous basic experience but needs a refresher or someone looking to build on skills from a recent beginners course.
This group is NOT suitable for complete beginners. If you are completely new to crochet, it would be best to join one of our beginners classes.
This class is suitable for adults only, age 16+.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Double knit yarn in 2 colours and a size 4mm hook.
- It's also worth bringing a notebook and pen, and a small pair of scissors if you have them.
STUDIO ACCESS:
The Studio at Sew Yarn Crafty is accessed from the main shop down a flight of stairs with alternative access direct to the basement for anyone requiring an entrance without steps. If you do have any accessibility needs or questions, please drop us an email.
When attending any class, we will meet you in the shop 10 minutes before the start time. If you are running late and arrive to a closed front door, please go to the side alley (Wilson's Close) to the side entrance (with the bright pink door!) and ring the doorbell.
